The men with Striker arrived shortly after Hurricane Laura in August, here in Lake Charles, LA. It’s now December and they are still assisting everyone here. Their presence is shown with their quality roofing installation and their hearts. They truly care!! Carlos Solis made a horrible situation so much better. He dealt with our insurance company when we were getting nowhere and now…we have a new roof and smiles on our faces. The men that installed our roof were very thorough and made sure everything was checked and double checked. Some people just post bad reviews but I want these guys to get the recognition they deserve!!!! I HIGHLY recommend Striker. Thank you Carlos…we won’t forget your kindness and professionalism!!

My mom desperately needed a new roof and I reached out to some friends who recommended this company. I started working with Matt Perry and I was astonished how seamless he made this work out as I live in TX and my mom lives in OKC. It’s not like she’s down the road but Matt took the lead and completely took care of EVERYTHING!!! It was a nice reminder that customer service was still alive so if you find yourself in this position I’d highly recommend you call and see if you can get him. The companies great but Matt made them look like rockstars of roofing!!!
