Our house took a big hit from a hailstorm in the Spring of ‘19. Roof, windows, fence, gutters and our garage doors all took a beating. We had no prior experience working with any type of claims through our insurance and honestly weren’t sure exactly what the next steps to take were. Hearing horror stories from neighbors about their previous experiences with roofers had us feeling unsettled. Someone recommended I contact Erik at Striker. That recommendation saved us from what could have been months of enormous stress and headaches. Erik went WAY above and WAY beyond what he had to. From day one Erik made us feel comfortable in knowing that he could handle the job and get our home back in shape. His team was extremely professional. Every contact that I had with Striker was a pleasant one. Everything we could have wanted plus more was provided…
– multiple trips back to our property after the job was complete to check, then double check and then triple check our lawn for any nails that may have been left behind from the roofing job.

Had our roof repaired by Striker after the major storm damage in Texas. Jeff Shannon was excellent! He walked us through the process, guided us in selection of new materials, answered the many questions we had and gave us the knowledge base to make our decisions. His crews were timely, professional, respectful of my families/ dogs needs and worked very hard resulting in a beautiful new roof.Jeff worked with us on the financial end and stayed in constant contact with us from start to finish. He took the added stress off of us by dealing with our insurance company and the many negotiations required during the process. Jeff is obviously knowledgeable and thorough but he is also committed to providing the best product and service available at a competitive price. Heather was great at explaining the options and the crew arrived on time, cleaned up thoroughly and were very professional. Heather came back the next day to run a magnet over the lawn, making sure there weren’t any stray nails my dogs could get to. I’ll be using them again in the future.

Striker replaced our roofing and did an exceptional job from start to finish. We were replacing discontinued decorative architectural shingles, and Erik Popplewell put in a great deal of effort to identify and find alternatives for us. Erik worked tirelessly with our insurance adjuster to keep everything aligned on that end as we dealt with premium shingles. Erik maintained regular communication throughout the process, working with both the insurance adjuster and me to make it as easy as possible. We had enough confidence to schedule the work when we were both out of town, and Erik didn’t let us down; sending photos as the work progressed, and calling to check on our thoughts. The workmanship was excellent, from the roofing to some window repair that was also done. We would recommend Striker to anyone.

You cannot find a better group of guys to work on your roof and paint the interior of your home than Frolan Santibanez and his team. These guys take pride in their work. When you place your home in their hands you can trust them to deliver results on time and as promised. When we were on a time crunch and the initial guys we hired had bailed on us, they treated our project like their own and went above and beyond to make sure that it worked out for us. They are doers. Whatever you need to get done, these guys make it happen. Frolan’s cheerful smile and positive attitude immediately turns any impossible situation around. I cannot recommend them enough!

What a great experience. We worked with Erik who was extremely thorough examining roof, fence windows and pergalo. He met with us and went through everything and met with insurance adjuster at time of review of damage and continued when our pergalo crashed. He got ahold of people to get it down before more damage. He worked with us all the way through the process. Best experience ever.
